How to take ownership of your business – step by step
It takes you a few minutes, and we take care of the rest. Every step is free, and you are not committing to anything.

Step 1:Find your business
Search by name, address or organisation number in the search box below and pick the right branch. If it is missing, let us know and we will look into it.

Step 2:Sign in or create an account
No account? Create one for free with your email address. Afterwards you come straight back to the business you picked.

Step 3:Confirm that you represent the business
Enter your role (for example general manager or owner) and a phone number where we can reach you, and confirm that you may manage the profile. The number is never shown publicly.

Step 4:We check and approve
We check the details against public registers, including the organisation number, and confirm with the business. It usually takes 1–2 working days, and you get the answer by email.

Step 5:Complete your profile and prices
Add prices, opening hours, contact details and ideally photos. The more complete the profile, the easier it is for students to choose you.

Step 6:Get visible and receive requests
Choose which email should receive requests and switch them on. We check that the service is approved and that the email works – and you are up and running.

Paid options require an approved free profile. The regular results are sorted the same way for everyone, whatever you buy.
Questions businesses often ask
What does it cost?
Taking ownership of the profile, keeping it up to date, adding prices, receiving requests and seeing statistics is free. You only pay if you choose a paid option yourself.
Is there a commitment period?
No, not for the free profile. «Featured in your area» runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time – you keep the place for the period you have paid for. An offer ad is paid once for a fixed period and does not renew automatically. «Booking» can be stopped at any time. Bookings confirmed before that are paid for.
How do I cancel a paid service?
Under «My services» on your business page. You keep the free profile either way.
Can I buy first place in the results?
No. The regular results are sorted by what the student chooses, for example price or distance. Paid visibility appears in a separate, labelled box and with a badge on the card.
What information do you show about my business?
Name, address, contact details, opening hours and prices from public registers and open sources, such as the business's own website – plus what you add yourselves. Once you have taken ownership, you keep the details up to date.
Something is wrong, or I don't want to be listed. What do I do?
Take ownership of the profile and correct the details yourself. If you want something removed, or don't want to be listed, contact us and we will look into it. Contact us
How do you check that I represent the business?
We check the details you give against public registers, including the organisation number, and confirm with the business. It usually takes 1–2 working days, and you get the answer by email.
What do you use my phone number for?
We call or text you to confirm your claim. The number is never shown publicly.
My business isn't on the site. What now?
Send us the details and we will look at them. Once the business has been added, you can take ownership of the profile as usual. Let us know
Someone else has already taken ownership. What do I do?
If you work at the business, whoever manages the profile can invite you. If you think something is wrong, contact us.
How do I pay?
Payment is not switched on yet. When it is, you pay by card, and the total is always shown before you confirm. Nothing is charged before then.
